Victim(s): 42yr old male Ventura resident.

Suspect(s): Hispanic male 20's dark baseball cap, prescription glasses, dark clothing

Narrative: On the above date and time, the victim was walking in the area of the 1800 blk of S, Victoria ave. when he was approached by the suspect who demanded property. When the victim refused the suspect brandished a knife. The victim ran away from the suspect and the suspect fled the area. This investigation is ongoing
