Narrative:

On September 5th 2012 at about 1517 hours, the Ventura Police Command Center received multiple 911 calls reporting a large fight to the front of CVS in the 5900 block of Telegraph Rd.

Officers responded to the scene of the fight locating both Victims immediately. Witnesses to the incident reported a large group of juveniles circled around the two juveniles who watched as Suspect injured Victim #1 by beating him wearing a pair of brass knuckles.

Victim #2 stated he pulled the Suspect from Victim #1 then chased the Suspect down Woodland St. Victim #2 and the Suspect then fought near the intersection of Woodland St. and Hill Rd. where the Suspect struck Victim #2 on the face with the brass knuckles. The Suspect then fled the area on foot through a nearby apartment complex.

Officers located the Suspect in the area of the apartment complex where he was taken into custody without incident.

Victims were transported to Ventura County Medical Center where they both received medical treatment for non-life threatening injuries. The Suspect was booked into Ventura County Juvenile Hall for 245 PC- Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
