On 11-5-11 at about 1540 hrs the victim was walking his bicycle home due to the chain falling off near the intersection of Bristol Rd. and Grand Av.

As he was walking a vehicle occupied with suspects drove up next to him and stopped. Two of the suspects exited the vehicle and confronted the victim. They demanded his bicycle and began to punch the victim in the face. One suspect began to take property off of the victim as another placed the victims bicycle into the trunk of the suspect vehicle.

The suspects fled in the vehicle with the victim's property. The victim suffered minor injuries and did not require medical attention.

The victim recognized the suspect's days later while he attended high school. The suspects intimidated the victim by engaging in a fight at school in an attempt to have the victim not proceed with criminal charges.

The investigation was concluded today with the arrest of the three suspects. The adult suspect was booked into Ventura County Jail and the two juveniles were booked into Ventura County Juvenile Hall. The suspects were booked for robbery, intimidating a witness, and conspiracy to commit a felony crime.
