Suspect(s): White Male, 20's, short blonde hair

Narrative:

On the above date and time, the victim was walking in the parking lot of the shopping center located in the 7800 block of Telegraph Road when the suspect approached her.

The suspect grabbed the victim's purse and a struggle over the purse ensued. The suspect took the purse away from the victim and fled the area. The victim was not injured.
