Narrative:
On the above date and time, the Ventura Police Command Center received a call from the
victim saying, that an unknown male subject was inside his residence. Before police arrived
the victim confronted the suspect (later identified as Millam), holding on to some of the victims
personal property. After being contact by the victim, Millam dropped the property he was
holding and fled out an open window in an unknown direction.
As Ventura patrol officers arrived on scene, they began searching the area for the suspect. An
officer spotted Millam a few blocks away from the scene of the crime and detained him. Over
the course of the investigation it was determined that Millam had committed the crime and was
arrested. It was also discovered that Millam is a PROS offender out of Los Angeles County.
Millam was arrested and booked at Ventura County Jail for the Burglary and a probation
violation out of Los Angeles County.
