Suspect(s): Unk race male, Early 20's, Approx 6ft tall, slender build.
Victim(s): Pedro Xolo - 45 years, Ventura Resident

Narrative:
On the above date and time the Ventura Police responded to a report of a robbery that just occurred in
the 200 Block of West Simpson St.
During the investigation, Officers learned that the Victim was pushing his vendor cart in the area of
Simpson St. and Olive Ave. when the suspect approached him and pulled an unknown type object
from his front waistband. The Victim left his cart behind and went to call 9-1-1. The suspect then
ransacked the victim's cart, but did not take any property. The suspect then fled s/b on Olive Ave.
The victim told the responding Officers that the suspect was wearing a dark ski mask that covered his
face and a black sweatshirt with a hood. Officers searched the surrounding area but were unable to
locate the suspect. No one was injured during this crime.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing. Anyone with information related to this incident
