Narrative: Ventura City Fire units responded to a reported structure fire at Thille Park.

Upon arrival of the first fire engine, the crew observed a bathroom structure involved with smoke and flames showing.

One bathroom unit was fully involved with extension into the center storage area, another adjoining bathroom and the eaves.

Firefighters immediately initiated an attack on the fire and were able to stop the forward progress of the fire, confining it to the involved area without further extension.

Damage is estimated at $75,000. There were no injuries reported on this incident.

This fire is under investigation by Ventura Police and Fire Departments.
