Narrative:

On the above date and time, a VPD officer saw a recently reported stolen vehicle stopped in the Valero gas station lot located at the intersection of Harbor Blvd and Monmouth Drive.

As additional officers were arriving in the area the suspect exited the lot driving onto eastbound Harbor Boulevard. Officers quickly initiated a traffic stop and the vehicle yielded in the neighboring McDonalds parking lot. The driver, Justin Spinelli was taken into custody without incident. Spinelli was later booked into the Ventura County Jail for 10851 VC-Possession of Stolen Vehicle.
