Narrative:

Ventura and Oxnard City Fire Departments responded to a two-vehicle collision with major damage and a trapped driver in one vehicle. Firefighters initiated extrication efforts, provided medical care and mitigated scene hazards. Two patients were transported by ambulance to VCMC - one adult male patient with serious injuries and one adult female patient with minor injuries.
