INCIDENT: Missing Adult-LOCATED

VICTIM(S): Harold Rakowiecki, 60 years, Oxnard resident

DETAILS:

Harold Rakowiecki was home and spoke to family by phone on 12/12/2012 at 5 P.M. On 12/13/2012 at 1130 A.M., Rakowiecki's family called the Oxnard Police Department to report him missing. Rakowiecki is known to walk to area beaches, the Oxnard Transportation Center and the Camarillo Airport.

Mr. Rakowiecki is described as a white male adult, 6' tall, 190 lbs., brown/grey hair, blue eyes, with a tattoo of a skull on one of his forearms.

Mr. Rakowiecki is suffering from mental health conditions. When last reported missing, Mr. Rakowiecki was found at the Camarillo Airport. On another occasion he was found at C Street/ Wolff Street in the City of Oxnard.

The Oxnard Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Mr. Harold Rakowiecki. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact the Oxnard Police Department Dispatch Center at (805) 385-7740.

ATTENTION: MR. RAKOWIECKI WAS LOCATED BY FAMILY AT 5:50 PM AND HAS RETURNED HOME UNHARMED.
