Narrative:

On 11/30/12 at approx 2100 hours, a Ventura Police officer was entering the police storefront located at 110 N Olive Street when he observed a sport utility vehicle parked in front of an adjacent business.

The officer recalled a similar vehicle had been stolen two weeks earlier in Ventura and began to investigate. Shortly after learning the vehicle was in fact stolen, Felch exited a nearby business and seated herself in the driver's seat. The officer contacted Felch and determined she had been in possession of the stolen vehicle. Felch was placed under arrest and later booked into the Ventura County Jail for vehicle theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.
