Used Office Furniture

My employer is looking to purchase used cubicles (5'5" with at least 5'5" walls) and other misc. office
furniture. Besides Craigslist, does any one know of a company that sells this in SB County or Ventura?

UCSB sells surplus equipment and office furniture, depending upon availability. Edhat won't let me post the link for this, so you'll have to search for it on the UCSB website under Central Stores surplus.

often has used office furniture. They also seem to have a network of affiliates so if they don't have something themselves, they can sometimes get it.

@916 - SBB&T is going out of business? I think they were bought by Union Bank. I don't think that means they are shutting all their branches or offices. Maybe you know more than me.

You might check craigslist in LA and Ventura counties, often companies redoing offices or going out offering the items for free in extremely good shape. A relative got one of those for shipping costs recently which was about $1000 but they got desks, cubicles, chairs, etc for a 30 person office for the cost of shipping.

My company has used Smart Interiors several times in the last couple months. They seem to do a pretty good job.

I don't know if they can help with "used" cubicles, but they were great to work with when I had to design more work stations for a company. At least they may have a reference.

Habitat for Humanity's Re-Store on Hollister btw Los Carneros and Storke probably has some. Great place to find all sorts of stuff
